We also provide a first-class packing service both in-house and on-site. We are able to offer the complete "Total Concept" from start to finish by collecting your goods, manufacturing, packing, providing any relevant export documentation, shipping, customs clearance, and delivering to your final destination consistently on time and most importantly within budget.

Wooden Boxes/Crates

The company manufactures bespoke wooden cases, wooden crates, and wooden pallets. We are certified by the Forestry Commission to comply with the Wood Packaging Material Marking Programme (UKWPMMP). Our heat-treated timber stock meets strict ISPM 15 plant health requirements required for export to any country worldwide.

Cardboard/Corrugated Boxes

Total Concept Logistics also manufacture fibreboard boxes/cardboard boxes for both the domestic and commercial sector. We stock a variety of both single-wall corrugate and double-wall corrugate. For the removal industry, we can manufacture storage boxes such as cardboard storage boxes, wooden chests, and wooden storage boxes.

UN & Hazardous Packing

We also manufacture UN-approved boxes and provide a full hazardous packing service. To complete our one-stop packing shop we also distribute various types of UN packaging. Our design techniques and manufacturing skills by our experienced case makers will ensure your cargo arrives in perfect condition every time.
